・留学センターHPの問い合わせ区分を確認し、ご自身の問い合わせ内容に応じた担当窓口にお問い合わせください。

・奨学金に関するご相談は、留学センターHPの「お問い合わせフォーム」からお願いいたします。

・このサービスは早稲田大学学生のみ利用可能です。

・WGGオンライン/来室相談では、留学センターが提供している留学プログラムに関する相談が可能です。

   そのため、私費留学や学部/研究科独自のプログラムのご相談は承っておりません。

・1日の予約は1人1コマまで、1回の相談セッションは20分です。相談時間を有効に活用するため、事前に

『留学の手引き』、『踏み出せ！留学』、「海外留学FAQ」(よくある質問）」を確認し、質問をまとめておきましょう。

・既に学内選考を終えられている候補者の方は、相談予約の前に担当者にメールでご連絡ください。事前にご連絡なく予約された場合、プログラム担当者が当日、不在の場合があります。

・留学経験者に話を聞きたい場合は、留学経験者紹介制度をご活用ください。

【予約方法】

【Prior to a consultation…】

・Please check the inquiry categories on the CIE's website and contact the appropriate department according to your inquiry.

・Please ask your inquiries regarding scholarships through the "Inquiry Form" on the CIE's website.

・This service is only available to Waseda University students.

・At WGG Online and In-Person Consultations, you can inquire about study abroad programs provided by the CIE office. Therefore, we do NOT accept inquiries about self-funded study abroad or study abroad programs conducted by faculties/departments.

・Each person can book only one slot per day, and each consultation session lasts for 20 minutes. To make the best use of your time, please review the "Study Abroad Guidebook", and "Study Abroad FAQ" in advance and prepare your questions accordingly.

・Candidates who have already completed the internal screenig process are kindly requested to contact your program coordinator via email before making a consultation reservation. There is a possibility that the program coordinator may be unavailable on the scheduled day.

   その際、当該個人情報の漏洩・流出・不正 利用等がないよう、必要かつ適切な管理を行います。

　また、上記業務の全部または一部を委託する場合があります。その場合、委託先に対し、契約等により、必要かつ適切な

　管理を義務付けます。

※The information collected on this reservation screen will be used for contacting you regarding study abroad consultations and related administrative tasks. In doing so, we will ensure necessary and appropriate management to prevent leakage, unauthorized disclosure, or misuse of the collected personal information.

Additionaly, we may entrust all or part of the above  tasks to third parties. In such cases, we will obligate the entrusted parties to perform necessary and appropriate management through contracts or other means.
